When user try to change a PO 4500068102, there is an error "Item reserved; no changes allowed". Here is an example, when user try to change the price in PO 4500068102 Line 40 to $20, system throw an error "Item reserved: no changes allowed.

User was trying to change the price for line item 40 to $20 system was not allowing to change the price because there was no condition type (J3AP) maintained in PO, we suggested user to maintain the condition type (J3AP) in PO and the price would be get updated.

Suggested to maintain the condition type (J3AP) in PO the price would be updated.
